When do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered if a session is canceled due to weather or by Net Gains Tennis.
Do you issue refunds for schedule changes?
No, we do not provide refunds for personal schedule changes, last-minute conflicts, or missed sessions.
What happens if Net Gains cancels a session?
If we cancel a session for any reason, players will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.

If a session is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, all registered players will be notified, and a refund or credit will be issued.

Can I reschedule instead of getting a refund?
